Levels of hardware, CuCr & Cu mtl, Lead time items in advance mtl. Procurement. In Technician goes to Mr. Prakash Ransingh Mr. Ransingh has been working with our organization since last 32 yrs. He has done one excellent unbeatable work in last month. We had a problem with one part of Kinetic machine related to making dowtell for 800 mm long part in 35 degree. When we kept this problem in front of Mr. Ransingh, he accept the problem and resolved its within 2 hrs by making dowtell on surface grinding machine

In the month of April 2011 the Team Member of the Month award goes to Mr. Manoj Behere from Staff for his Honesty, Sincerity and for doing Hard Work, in his job as well as in the department. And the second Award in Technician goes to Mr. D D Mulik for his honesty, and Hard Work. Also he can do any Spares and Electrode assembly with 100%accuracy.

In the month of March 2011 the Team Member of the month award goes to Mr. Manoj Gadhave for doing good job on the machins like SUMATI, RING AQUA and NILL METAL and also good job done at our customer side like Venkateshwara on WMW. & Mr. Ravinndra R Chitalikar for updation of PF annual returns on time and also for being a great help in sorting out old Sales Tax issues and save approximetly rupees 20 Lacs .

In the month of Feb 2011 the Team Member of the month award goes to Mr. Sanjay Awasarmol for achievement of production target & Mr. Indrajit Poundage for completing 7 control panel and Machine wirings.

 Jaya Hind Sciaky Limited organised Sales Conference Meeting from 4^th to 6^th April 2011. In the Sales Conference all Sales and Service Engineers were called up from all the regional offices. Recently, JHS has appointed more Sales and Service Engineers for Chennai, Gujarat and Punjab etc. The motive of organizing the Sales Conference was to strengthen the sales network all over the India.

Keeping in mind the boom of manufacturing industries globally and individual company level participation at IETF, CII (CONFEDERATION OF INDIAN INDUSTRY) had organized the huge exhibition at Delhi on 10^th – 12^th February 2011, which has offered us an opportunity to focus and showcase our individual capabilities and technology strengths.

The exhibition witnessed a great response from the domestic and overseas customers and had helped us to interact with customers. We got lots of inquiries from the existing and also from new customers. The exhibition has provided us the opportunity to increase our business not only in India but also on International level.

We look forward to participate further in such activities to help our nation in industrial growth.
